Began his legal career in 1985 in litigation, mentored by his father, a retired District Court judge. Founded the firm in 1990 and has more than four decades of experience in property law, legal opinions and title verification.
Yoshita Narendra
Principal Associate
Third generation of the family in law. Studied law at Christ University, Bengaluru, and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Miami. Focuses on real estate transactions, due diligence, succession planning and advising NRIs.

The firm's end-to-end assistance in legal scrutiny, inspection of originals, drafting and adjudication of GPA, TAN assistance for TDS payment, drafting of the sale deed, assistance in registration and post-registration document transfers, which spanned over two months, was done in a very organized and professional way. Four points worth highlighting: (1) Before accepting the assignment, they checked on a government app whether the property lies near any water body like a lake or lake canal.
