A G+4 with fewer than twenty families behaves like a private building rather than an apartment complex: no crowding at the lift, a small association, and amenities that are actually available when you want them. At 3,000–6,000 sq.ft. in the CBD, there is no real volume competitor within a kilometre.
Two considerations. Possession is July 2028, so this is a wait, and a construction-linked plan on a small project deserves a careful look at the developer’s delivery record. Ezzy has completed The Corinth and Ezzy Central, and both are worth visiting. And a boutique building means the amenity list is short by design; if you want a large clubhouse and sports courts, this is not that project.
If you want a central address and a building you can know by name, eighteen homes is exactly right. If you want a resort clubhouse, look elsewhere.
