Located at Talagatapura on Kanakapura main road, the project site is a quiet place with small hills to the southeast and lots of greenery around. The new Nandi Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor (NICE Corridor) which forms the expressway intersecting all major roads of the west and south Bangalore (Tumkur Road, Mysore Road, Kanakapura road, Bannerghatta and Hosur Road) and the upcoming peripheral road is located approximately 200m from the project.
