Customer sends in a request to Proptals. - Site Visit
Our relationship manager visits the customer, understands their requirements and submit quotations along with specifications. - Design Approval
Our team of experts get cracking on the design and submits two iteration of the house designs. - Booking amount
On finalization of the design and specifications, a BOQ is prepared and submitted to the customer. At this stage, the customer pays a booking amount of 5% of the estimated project cost. - Project execution starts
All approvals, designs including 3D designs, Structural Designs, Electrical Designs, Woodwork Designs etc., will be provided and shared. - Project Management & Updates
Our team will constantly monitor the progress and update the customer on every milestone completion
